Countess-Class 15,000-Ton TL14 Refit Patrol Cruiser

A Mongoose 2e design. The Countess-Class Patrol Cruiser is an old design that is more than a bit behind the times. It was made for solo patrols and was good at what it did, though it has been overtaken by more recent designs. The newest of them are more than a hundred years old and can be quirky. This is the TL14 refit of some of the older TL13 versions.

The ships are named after Countesses in the Domain of Deneb who had careers in the Imperial services. The design was intended for the numbered Subsector fleets, not for line-of-battle.
